I started OFFplan Consulting after years on-site—learning the trades, managing crews, and figuring out how to make construction smoother, faster, and more accountable. That journey shaped the way I work: with clarity, structure, and a deep respect for every brick and board that goes into a project.
While I now lead the bigger picture, I stay close to the work. I believe systems should serve the people on the ground—not the other way around. That’s why OFFplan isn’t just a project management service—it’s a smarter way to build.
I’ve always had a love for timber—the texture, the grain, the way it ages over time. You’ll see it in many of our projects.
Outside of work hours, you’ll usually find me outdoors or deep into a chess match, always thinking a few moves ahead. It’s how I approach projects too.

Dirk van Tonder

Dirk brings decades of hands‑on civil‑engineering experience to OFFplan’s growing team. Now semi‑retired yet still deeply invested, he serves as our anchor in KwaZulu‑Natal—providing technical guidance across all projects and steering the new OFFplan Civils division as its senior mentor.
A qualified civil engineer with a lifetime in infrastructure, Dirk has complemented his field expertise with further studies:

Wouter Bosch

Wouter represents the future of safety at OFFplan—and that’s by design. Unlike most construction companies that bring in outside consultants once a month, we’ve chosen a different path: building an in-house safety department, full-time and fully accountable.
Wouter is currently completing his Safety Manager qualification while working under the direct mentorship of our senior project team. He leads weekly site audits, toolbox talks, tool inspections, and daily diary entries across all active sites. He’s also training as an intern foreman with a passion for carpentry, bringing attention to detail and a calm, focused energy to every job.
By growing our own people, we’re making safety personal—not just policy. It means better compliance, faster response, and a site culture where care isn’t optional—it’s built-in.
Monique van Tonder
Future Team Member – Admin & Strategy

Monique hasn’t officially joined OFFplan yet—but she’s already part of the plan. As one of the next-generation voices in the company, she brings a calm presence, sharp mind, and a natural instinct for structure.
She’s a numbers person, gifted with planning, and happiest with a good book in her hands. Quiet and observant, Monique takes in more than she says—but when she speaks, it’s thoughtful and clear.
Next year, she’ll begin her journey with OFFplan—starting in admin and growing into her future role as a leader. We’re not just building a company. We’re building a legacy. And Monique is part of it.
